How do I find the right size?

Do your garments run true to size?

Our garments are designed to fit true to size. However, we recommend checking the size guide for each product for precise measurements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@softspun.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot make changes once the order has been dispatched.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM GMT on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

What is your returns policy?

Our garments are made from 100% USA BCI Cotton, which supports better standards in cotton farming and practices. They are also preshrunk and offer UV protection, contributing to their durability and longevity.

Are your garments preshrunk?

Yes, all our garments are preshrunk to ensure they maintain their shape and size after wash.

Do your garments offer UV protection?

Yes, our garments are designed with UV protection to help shield your skin from harmful sun rays.
